Here are a list of frequently ask questions. Click a question to see our feedback.

We open at 9am on Saturdays and Sundays, and 10am during the week. Currently, during term time we do not open on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, but we will open for a party or event. we are open evry day during school holidays. We close at 11pm everyday. We can start company days earlier on request.

We offer a range of beers, wines, cider and spirits as well as hot drinks; tea, coffee, hot chocolate and a selection of soft drinks. We also offer a selection of snacks such as crisps and chocolate.

We are also able to order in hot or cold buffet food for you to enjoy during your booking, please see our refreshments tab on the homepage for more details.

Either use our secure online booking facility, call us on 0116 222 1000, or pop into the venue!

No, you will only pay the hourly rate or event rate of your booking.

Payment for standard bookings will be taken at time of booking. For other bookings such as parties and team building days we will require a 50% non-refundable booking at time of booking with the balance required on the day of your event. We will give you a call a few days before to confirm numbers and your food order if applicable.

If you call us at least 7 days before your booking, then we will offer you either a full refund, or an alternative slot. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations less than 7 days before your booking. If you have booked a party with us, and have to cancel within 7 days of the booking, we will use £25 of your deposit towards a future slot should you wish to rearrange

If there is availability, then yes this is fine. We strongly recommend that you make a booking prior to arrival in case the simulators are in use.

We recommend that you arrive around 15 minutes before the start of your game so you can see the gaming options available.

You do not need to bring any equipment, as Sportspad has all of the equipment required for the different games. However, should you wish you bring your own golf clubs or balls, this is fine. Training shoes are the best footwear for the simulator.

While there is no specific limit to the number of people who can be accommodated by a single simulator, no more than 8 people is the recommended maximum for golf, and up to 12 people for the other sports. Please refer to our "Who is it For" menu item for details of different bookings

Absolutely! Please feel free to come to SportsPad so long as you are with a group who has made a booking.

While we will gladly allow customers to finish their refreshments and prepare to leave, we want to preserve the intimacy of the venue for the next booking.

Yes we do. Details of the different corporate packages can be found in our Team Building Events page.

We have regular legends events with Walshy or other sporting personalities. Please refer to our website or sign up for e-mail communication for more details.

Not at all. The supersport simulator is a great way of experiencing sports for the first time, and we are happy to entertain anyone on our simulators.

At least one member of the party must be at least fourteen years’ old.

On street parking is available in the Braunstone Gate area. Braunstone Gate has free 1 hour parking between 9.30am-4pm Monday to Saturday, with no time limit outside of these times. Western Road has this type of parking as well, together with metered zones which allow you to park for 3 or 12 hours. There is also on street metered parking available on the roads around Western Road and Hinckley Road

We also have a shared parking facility in the service yard at the rear of the venue for 6 cars, Availability cannot be guaranteed, but we will always endeavour to park as many cars there as possible

On a Sunday, the taxi zone marked out in yellow markings is available to use until 6pm. There is space there for around 10 cars.

The Tesco carpark (LE3 2QR) on the other side of Braunstone Gate from the venue has up to 2 hours’ free parking.
